If all you have is a vague concept we will help you gain clarity. If your project requires specialized expertise, we can put you in touch with architects, engineers and interior designers who will be perfect for your job. If you have an architectural plan, we can build it.

It helps if you have a general idea of how much you want to spend on your new home or remodeling project. We do not limit our business to million-dollar homes and will challenge ourselves to build the best project possible within your budget.

: GETTING AN ESTIMATE

Jay Cates or Jeff Cates will meet with you to learn more about your needs, wants and budget. After that, we can start putting some numbers and ideas together.
